Our antenatal exercise classes and postnatal exercise classes are unique because they are delivered by fully qualified Chartered Physiotherapists so expert guidance and instruction is guaranteed throughout, helping remove the fear women have about exercising during pregnancy and after they have had their baby.
The programme spans over 4 distinct sessions, each building on the skills and exercises in the previous one. The focus is on the core muscles of the stomach, back and pelvis, which helps with the following:
- Improved posture during and after pregnancy
- Reduction in pre and post pregnancy conditions such as stress incontinence and pelvic girdle pain
- Improved sexual satisfaction!
- General health and well being
