Trampolining

Ever dreamed of reaching for the sky?

At Aspire you can live that dream by signing up for one of our Trampoline sessions. From Rising Stars through to seasoned adults, beginner through to advanced we can take you nearly all the way to the stars, well the ceiling at least.

Trampolining is one of the safer extreme sports, Learn how to be safe and learn some cool new skills. It allows the performer up to two seconds of freedom on every jump. Offering aerial spacial awareness with every jump, there is no other sport which can offer this much time in the air for so little effort.

Trampolining helps with balance and co-ordination, requiring the performer to utilise both sides of the body at the same time.

It allows 360 degrees of rotation and twist, without the constraints on any specialised equipment, so you have a real sense of freedom in the air.

The sessions start with an assessment of the moves that you can already do and move quickly on through the intermediate levels, progressing into somersaults and more complex moves when you and your coach think you’re ready.

If you are already able to somersault and are ready to move on, then we can help with the next stages and we’ll show you how to link moves together in preparation for competition or just for fun. The opportunity is there to progress into our Junior and Senior Teams to compete in County, regionally and nationally.

Recreational

Our recreational Trampoline classes start from reception year in school (Rising stars) moving into Years 1 & 2 (Gym Stars) and then Years 3 + (Junior). Our classes in Truro are delivered on a sunken trampoline. Our classes in St Austell are held at Polkyth Leisure Center with 4 raised trampolines allowing the participants even more time in the air.
